Shipping Policy
At Maison Aurelle, every order is prepared with care. Orders are processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard shipping: [5-8 business days]
- Express shipping: [1-2 business days]
- International shipping: [8-14 business days]
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Maison Aurelle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We may not be able to redirect orders after they have shipped. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
